Asle is a child of the acid house era. A DJ since the age of fourteen he puts his self-taught musical skills to use within the synthesized world of electronic music. The combination of raw talent and passion for dance music has resulted in an impressive rise to prominence within the global dance scene.
Stand out releases for some of the coolest house labels around including Size, Toolroom, Cr2, Off Recordings, Phoenix, King Street, and Yoshitoshi have cemented Asle’s reputation as one world class producer, vocal topliner, mastering engineer and remixer.
Asle has provided remixes for front line acts including New Order, Robbie Williams, Groove Armada, Luther Vandross, Todd Terry, Candi Staton and Funky Green Dogs and many more.

Asle is still a very active DJ and is playing every weekend. On the music production front Asle mainly works in House (in various sub-genres). Every year he provides part of the musical soundtrack to the world’s biggest chillout festival – Stella Polaris.
